Your website and your email, checked and put right.

I check from the outside what your customers and the big mail providers see. The report proves every finding and names the exact fix.

Set up and staged

Mail report

CHF490one-off

or EUR 490

I check the records that decide whether your mail is trusted, then put them right step by step without losing a single message.

  • Report on MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC within 2 working days
  • Every record ready to paste, entered by your IT team from my instructions
  • DKIM for every sender that supports it, with exact instructions
  • DMARC with reports, staged from monitoring to quarantine over two to six weeks
  • A final check with a new report

Domains whose DNS sits with the Swiss host Hostpoint cost CHF 390 (EUR 390): its panel runs the DMARC policy itself and sends no reports, so I test every sender with a test mail and your IT team then goes straight to quarantine.

Only one thing wrong? A single fix costs CHF 150 (EUR 150).

Add-on to a report

Monthly re-check

CHF29a month

or EUR 29

Every month I check your website and mail again and tell you what has changed.

  • Both checks run again every month
  • A short summary: what got better, what is new
  • The updated reports as PDF
  • The first month is included in the report price
  • Cancel at the end of any quarter, or CHF 290 a year

02 · Who it is for

For small businesses whose website and mail run on the side

It pays off when

  • your website was built years ago and nobody looks after it any more,
  • your mail sometimes lands in spam, or customers ask whether a message really came from you,
  • you are unsure whether your imprint and privacy notice meet current data protection law,
  • you want to know what is really missing before a relaunch.

You do not need this if

your IT team already runs SPF, DKIM and DMARC and reads the reports, and someone maintains your website who keeps an eye on updates and privacy. Then save your money.

475 of 497

Swiss business domains I checked in October 2026 had at least one gap in their mail setup: no DMARC, no digital signature, or a broken SPF record.

03 · Sample report

What a report looks like

Two real reports with the company, domain and screenshots made unrecognisable. The prices inside are current. Both come in English and in German.

The free check names three points. The report names all of them.

It ranks them by urgency and says exactly what to do about each one: for mail with the finished record, for the website with the fix and its price.

UrgentEmail · DMARC · from the sample report

Your domain has two DMARC records instead of one, so receivers ignore both.

Measured
At _dmarc.beispiel-gmbh.ch: v=DMARC1; p=none and v=DMARC1; p=none;.
Why it matters
Your domain is as unprotected as if there were no policy at all: anyone can send mail using your address.
Fix
Delete every record at _dmarc except this one:_dmarc.beispiel-gmbh.ch TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@beispiel-gmbh.ch; fo=1"Then follow the staged plan in the report up to p=quarantine.
04 · Mail setup

Staged, so that no real message gets lost

Before every change I save the existing records, so there is always a way back.

  1. Days 1 to 2

    Inventory

Who sends mail in your name? Mailboxes, contact form, newsletter, accounting, printers.

  2. Week 1

    Monitor

SPF cleaned up, DKIM on, DMARC set to monitor with reports. Delivery does not change.

  3. Weeks 2 to 5

    Quarantine

I read the reports and send the records for any forgotten senders. Then quarantine for part of the mail, then for all of it.

  4. Finish

    Final check

A new report as proof. Later, if you wish, the last step to reject forged mail outright.

For domains whose DNS sits with Hostpoint there are no reports: I test every sender with a test mail and then go straight to quarantine, usually within a week.

05 · How it works

Order by email, pay by invoice

No account and no long form. One email is enough; the buttons next to each service fill it in for you.

  1. 1

    Write an email

Your domain, company with billing address and what matters to you. To dominik.koenitzer@wiss-edu.ch.

  2. 2

    Confirmation

Within one working day, with the delivery date. If anything is unclear I ask by email.

  3. 3

    Report and invoice

The report arrives as a PDF with the invoice, payable within 30 days.

  4. 4

    Monthly re-check

If ticked: CHF 29 a month from the second month, billed per quarter (CHF 87).

How the invoice works

The invoice comes as a PDF with a Swiss QR payment slip. In Switzerland you scan the code with your banking app and the amount and reference are filled in. From abroad you pay by bank transfer to the IBAN printed on it, with the reference shown next to it.

06 · Promise

What I promise

Nothing found, nothing to pay

If the website check finds nothing worth fixing, I send no invoice.

One free follow-up check

Once you have applied the fixes, I check the same domain again once within 30 days at no cost.

I write every report myself. Every finding in a report rests on a measurement and is checked again before the report goes out. Whatever cannot be measured from the outside is listed in the report under what it does not cover, so you know where its limits are.

07 · Questions

Frequent questions

Do you need access to my website or my mail account?

Not for the reports. I only read what is public: the website as any visitor sees it, and the public DNS records of your domain. The mail setup needs no access either: your IT team enters the finished records I send step by step, and I check each step from the outside.

Can the setup disrupt my email?

That is exactly why it is staged. At first DMARC only monitors, so delivery does not change. Quarantine only follows once the reports show that all your senders pass. The previous records are saved and can be restored at any time.

There are free tools for SPF and DMARC. Why pay?

Free tools show what is missing. They set nothing up, find no forgotten senders and read no reports. With me you pay for the guidance all the way to quarantine: finished records, reports read for you and a final check, without losing a real message.

Which countries does this work for?

The mail report works for any domain anywhere, because the records are the same everywhere. The website check judges the imprint and privacy notice under Swiss law; outside Switzerland that part is a pointer, not a legal assessment, and the report says so. Reports come in English or German, as you prefer.

What does the website check not cover?

Search rankings and keywords (that needs access to your search data), texts and images, anything behind a login, backups and servers. It measures the home page and follows links one level deep. The report says so too.

What does it cost to fix the findings?

Every finding states its price. Individual work is billed at CHF 110 an hour, and the website check is credited if you order from me within 30 days. You are just as free to have your own agency or IT team apply the fixes.

What exactly does the monthly re-check do?

Once a month both checks run again and are compared with the month before. You get a short email saying what changed, plus the updated reports. Only what you order gets fixed.

What happens to my data?

For an order I keep the domain, the report and your contact details for as long as bookkeeping law requires. The free check does not store the domain you enter. More in the privacy notice.
